A lot of people are giving their analysis on this video. I think its interesting that he starts to turn around and dance at 33 seconds in.Regardless of all the occult stuff in it its clearly executioner foreshadowing. The black man runs through his life the black man is at a constant chase from his community. We also see him stretching out the right eye so maybe its a subconscious relay of the inner mind of the black man which is of course some kind of color coding we don't know if they mean black or uninitiated or what.

The way its shot is to see the guy like some kind of villain. We don't know what he is dancing for or what he is running from but the fact its getting so many views and attention is a phenomena in and of itself.
