I am not neither here nor there with anime but one of the main things going on is people in these story-lines trying to deal with a corrupt mega-cooperation society.If you look at china very corrupt yet strict with rulings. Also I understand this kind of sci-fi nerds fascination with spaec and all but putting saturn next to a moon, crescent at that, doesn't seem very spaecy to me. The only way to be more blatant would be to put a sun in there as well.

Hard to tell for sure if that guy just read about templars and wanted to make some knighthood order themed faction for the sekrit cool factor or if he/she's deep into this shit. I mean that eye is not occulted at all. V is however. And I guess M too. Bigger feathers on wings make 7, 7 and on tail there's 7 feathers as well so it could count or be a symmetry based decision (at least the tail). 2 sets of 12 lesser feathers per wings and the ones on breast count up to 13. I dunno. Plausible but it's not in the sets of symbols I'm used to. Definitely inspired by occult symbolism if nothing else.

Okay, for a complete analysis we'd have to check when the gallery was posted and when was that guy on 4chan doing the decoding but since it was 4chan of all places and since that image was basically ripped from some vaguely occult looking obscure manga art piece I think this time someone might've went on the internet and told lies.
I mean I haven't done any investigation so there's a slight possibility it's not advanced 4chan trolling but I wouldn't bet on it.

and advanced might be an overstatement since he didn't even bother to remove the white stripe crossings after drawing the shape the laziest way possible, with four straight lines, and that's just poor form
