Maybe.  I'm not super knowledgeable about media ownership in Japan.  I know for sure that NHK is full of anti-Japanese trash.  I've heard that a lot of mainstream Japanese media has anti-Japanese elements working within it to varying degrees.  It might not be as bad as jewish domination of western media, but it's still bad.
