WNI is not NHK nor NTV, they're not even a media company (they are a weather company with a media outlet), they don't have infinite money to hire an infinite number of casters. They definitely should have kept either Sayachi, Non or Ayame but that's life.

Prolly one of the most veteran (not Airin and definitely not Yui) might step aside even if remaining at the company to do other stuff. Yui still has lots of time until she needs to make a choice on when to bear a child to this awful planet. 

Among the "mid-veteran" ones, maybe Mayu, Senchan or Momopin? Riena is overqualified and NHK-material but seems to value stability, and she's being overexploited meaning (ironically) the higher-ups likely trust her because she's basically one of the three or four really great casters. Michan is too hot to leave, she's a good caster and the lonely ojisans love her. Yuiko seems not to be popular despite being hotter than hell but has improved a lot and she might enjoy being famous. These three are also very comfortable with their bodies. Very hard to call.

I used to think the same but I don't see too many opportunities elsewhere for someone as her, specially if she keeps talking like a 5 year old girl.
