I still have a good number of side missions too so I should be good on rolls now that they're actually giving me a break.
My only 5* weapons in WuWa are standard banner ones.

I don't think its like the weapon banner, think its just gonna be two seperate banners completely. 
If rumors are to be believed 2.0 will be just two new 5*s.
