The tweakers we used to hire never complained about the job, like actually.
But Hispanics would legit put up a fight if you asked them to do something.
A local contractor I know seems to swear by the ones he's hired on, though.

I think one that annoyed me was one time there was some HVAC guys working on something, and two of them couldn't figure it out, so they had to phone a friend.  Which turned into the friend phoning a friend, and before I knew it there was a hierarchy of like 7 different Mexicans that all showed up, one calling in the other, until finally there was just this one fat older Mexican standing around directing the other six that had no clue what they were doing.
