It is.  The minimum they tell you is six months, but that's if you follow a very specific diet plan, and use the machine correctly, on the schedule they provide.
Otherwise, it's like any other normal exercise routine, you won't see BIG results for at least a year.  But, you will see marginal results inside of a month, like you'll lose a bit of weight, maybe.
