Well if you ask Weeb, plenty.  Supposedly they gave him a whole seminar on Japanese labor shortage that can get you over there.  Even in your field, I'm sure.
I'd already known of some of those programs too, from back when we kept harassing him to find a way back to Japan, but sadly I just don't personally meet a lot of the requirements for my field.
