Sony has been releasing a lot of their games on PC so maybe. 
Maybe if you're real lucky Shift Up will be able to publish it themselves, I'm not sure if Sony actually owns the license or it was just a limited exclusivity thing.

Because the f*males in the HR department that control all these companies convince the rest of the company that adding "diversity" to their game will make it sell better because now it appeals to a wider audience.
Also Blackrock etc.
Also I think you underestimate just how many people, especially of the kind that live in the places most major developers and publishers are located, have just legitimately bought into all of this stuff, and think it is a moral good to put more DEI into their games.
