It both is and isn't.
Gen Z women are more progressive than any past generation, but men are more to the right than in any recent generation. 
Of course, the vast majority of these men are still probably going to be to the left of us, because they likely still believe in the lies of things such as liberalism or democracy, but they are at least not as completely cucked as millenial men.
