It's true though.  Look, I know we sit here and joke about all the horrible nasty things the glowies have done, and they have, but it costs MILLIONS of dollars just to sick a handler on ONE person.  To start an entire coup?  It's easier for the U.S. to just straight up invade countries at that point.
