Granted, there's sometimes also doing this unintentionally as well, just because the genre of game really is so similar it's IMPOSSIBLE to make it look different.  For instance, all the CoD and Battlefield, and MoH games look the same, because it's nigh unavoidable.
Meanwhile, going back to intentional, Escape From Tarkov INTENTIONALLY looks like and mimics STALKER because it heavily references it.  All while STALKER is actually trying to move away from it, and looks more like Metro now.  ...that's actually a really strange progression in things, honestly.  All the new Tarkov clones look and feel more like STALKER than STALKER, and all also look exactly like each other in so doing, all while the new STALKER doesn't look like...  STALKER.
Not a genre you care anything about I'm just making comparisons.
Final Fantasy would be another game to make comparisons to, or all the games that intentionally ride the thin line of similarity because of FF success.

Oh good-  I know I'm not the only one, still it's really funny when the two games my brain mixes up have nothing to do with each other.
Unless...  MiHoYo shooter...  mmmmmm....
