They were a good idea, and should have stayed one, but it became a business so now it's something that can't always be sure of anymore. The worse part is there's plenty of businesses that expect you to have these certs or degrees, or they won't even look at your application. That or you know someone. Yet in the end I'd rather trust someone with these certs or degrees for the most part. Unless they're Indian.
