Looked up the summary on the ZZZ site and seems like this will be a rather light update, although I'm guessing 1.4 will be the big HANDS main story chapter so thats probably why. Only story things are just the character stories for the two new S agents. 
I am fine with him being an S because it is an easy banner to skip. Also hoping the rumors that 1.4 will be Harumasa first and Miyabi second are true so I can have enough time to save for Miyabi to guarantee I get her.
