>>/76661/ They should've just stuck with same faction + same element. Made things simple and same faction makes sense lore wise, same element is good for team building. I still don't fully understand Caesar's, but it is not anyone, I know both Grace and Rina do not make her :). I am guessing the TVs will mainly just be for hollow zero and "explore" side quests now.
