Most beer you buy here at least, are always labeled lower than they actually are.... Because taxes, and you won't get fined if its actual VOL doesn't diverge by more than 1% in either direction.
So you can always be sure that what is written on the bottle, is the absolute possible minimum, and its actual VOL, is often higher
