No, I tried that with nigger and something else, and the issue is that one variation always overrides the other, like the one without punctuation will always override one WITH punctuation, as it's picked up by the filter first.  This means any variation of it that you or someone else types will then have two punctuation marks at the end.  It's just goofy, limited control over filter function.  It's whatever.
