Kind of sucks with how dependent we have to be on cars in the states.
If that Kia is 15 years or older, I can see why. But hey, it sounds like it had a long haul. 
Sounds like Wranglers for you. Suppose $13k isn't too bad, mileage is still high. My car was above 100k, but only paid $6k for it.
I'm surprised even with the accident and frame damage someone was still trying to sell it for $13k. Was that through a dealer or private seller?

Is $13k pretty much your limit? Could you go higher?
