Merry Christmash

Staying in the lighter variants of ales.
Today, we'll have the 11'th of December's ale. Tongerlo Nöel from the brewery Haact, a Belgian blonde of 7% VOL.

Pouring it up, it leaves a nice head which lasts a good while, like every proper beer of this brewing style.

Its smell isn't as strong as the previous ones we've had. There are some light notes of citra and oranges, but not much else.

Giving it a taste, the same fruity notes fills your mouth with a certain sweetness that's not at all sugary, just fruity. After swallowing, it leaves behind the same fruity flavour, as well as some cinnamon.

Overall, a pleasant light ale of a meager 7%, that can definitely be enjoyed during any time of year.

Merry Christmas
