Merry Christmash

Finally able to catch up. We will now be having the 13'th of December's ale, from Huyghe.
Part of their Delirium series, we'll now have the Delirium Tremens Christmas!

Pouring it up, it leaves a beige head which lasts a good while, just as it should be.
The ale has a pretty deep orange colour.

Smelling it, it fills the nostrils of Christmas seasonings, as well as different hops, making it smell refreshingly flowery.

Giving it a taste, it fills your mouth with a deep bitterness, very like the Delirium series. On top of this, you get plenty traditional Christmas seasonings like cinnamon, caramel and a fruity taste of oranges.
A refreshing, yet very strong beverage with a deep, lovely flavour and a bitterness that's very welcome for a beer of 10% VOL.

It really cannot be said often enough. If you like the flowery and citra kind of flavour you get from an IPA, but want something too with a deeper, stronger flavor, look up the Delirium series especially look out for the Delirium Argentum. There's a high probability you'll love it.

Merry Christmas
