>>/29518/ Hmm, I have same thoughts as >>/29522/ about "e" "i:" and u ʌ. As non-native speaker, who often need to transliterate something into Latin script, "i:" is related to "i" more than to "e", and "ʌ" is more like "a". And "k"/"c" relation is ambiguous too. Other sounds look ok at first glance. But this is Russian-related viewpoint and other people may think differently because of language specifics (our writing also relatively close to phonetics compared to English language).
