It's kind of a clear hindsight article, blames everything on Covid, that it caused a collapse in oil consumption, and gives only a minor part for the Russo-Saudi price deflation - not even fits the whole narrative of the article - when back in the very beginning of March the problem was nowhere that big. Btw it was written by Tanzeel Akhtar independent > British journalist. Funny.
