>>/39411/ not really, unless you find a replacement to make it stick. I used more bananas than the recipe indicated, because I had to use them and just mashed them with a fork. I mixed the eggs with sugar and butter first instead of properly mashing the bananas with a machine. Making errors and experimenting with the amount of each ingredient is a learning experience.
