Anyway this >>/44674/ could be a quite important conversation for us. I've seen Carlson being mentioned as a possible presidential candidate in the future. Him and Orbán getting along could prove advantageous.
Besides I don't recall when was a Hungarian PM on American National TV like this. Furthermore I dunno if any of the other Central Eastern Euro PMs were in that position. Carlson even calls Hungary as the capital of the events and this conservative movement.
Orbán and because of him Hungary gets such an attention and are set in a central position - due to Western left-liberal bitching and moaning - that now we gain considerable influence on Western audiences. Carlson even sets us up as the underdog of a herculean struggle, making us sympathetic with certain groups in the US society. We are used - or rather a romanticized version of our description is used - to influence people in the US and outcomes of political maneuvers.
But this also means many will look at us, and follow the events here, and how we fare. Battles will be moved here, which could prove decisive for the future, even globally. Hungary, but the whole Central Euro region as well, gets revalued, and right now we are again kinda like a last bastion.
I'm really curios about that documentary this telly personality makes about our country.
