Prigo tried to contact Putin but he failed, so he launched this habbening, which apparently got Putin's attention. Prigo was able to save his life (unless "went to Belarus" is an idiom in Russian and means getting whacked). Shoigu is getting dismissed, the replacement will be Aleksey Dyumin the governor of Tula Oblast who was the chief of the Special Operations Forces and oversaw the annexation of Crimea - Wikipee says - then he was Deputy MoD, so he should have the necessary XP for the job, and since the role of TschVK Wagner in the occupation of Crimea, he also must have working experience with them.
