I won't search for the actual quotes in the book, but this fine Prussian military theorist do notes how we achieve disarmament. Basically we have to destroy the enemy's:
- manpower;
- weaponry;
- logistics;
- training and production facilities;
- and basically anything that makes the enemy capable of waging war.
If we take a look at the Russo-Ukrainian war, this is what's happening. And this is why it was important for Ukraine to use the weapons she got from the West within Russia. Without this, without taking the war to Russia, there is no hope to win because there is no hope to disarm Russia. Just killing soldiers, destroying tanks, shooting down airplanes are not enough.
Ukraine's goal in this war could be taking back all the lands, to the last sqcentimeter as was stated over and over. Their immediate war aim is the same as Russia's: to demilitarize Russia - so they can force them to accept their demands.
