An older article, still pretty much relevant.
How much ammo did the U.S. produce during WWII?
From 2023 November.
https://www.militarymedia.org/p/update-155-artillery-ammo-production
https://cgsc.contentdm.oclc.org/digital/collection/p4013coll8/id/3332/
I recall data from 2023, from the time of Bakhmut, that the AFU fired 3000 rounds of 155 mm or perhaps just generic artillery rounds a day - while RuAF fired 15K at Bakhmut and another 15K all along the front line. The Russian data for this post is irrelevant, it's just a note.
This means the AFU used up about 1.1 million rounds per year.
From about the same period, news said France produces 30K rounds per year.
This article states that the USian production at the start of the war was 14400 by 2022 September 28K per month. Let's assume they produced 30K rounds per month year round: 360K all in all.
Then the plan was they reach 100K per month by 2025. This meant they could cover the yearly demand for Ukraine. The 2023 demand that is...
I dunno perhaps I don't read too much, don't search much about the topic, but for me it seems we doesn't hear much about the current situation. Did the US managed to reach the target?
What about other countries? France, UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, whoever? Did they raise production?

Another article, 2023 Dec, about Poland:
https://militarnyi.com/en/news/poland-ordered-almost-300-thousand-155-mm-shells/
> Almost 300 thousand 155 mm artillery shells were ordered for the Polish army.
> for the purchase of up to one million shells of various types and calibers for the needs of the Polish army until 2029.
> 1 million
> until 2029
Well, high demands these days, slow to build up stock of non fighting armies.
