Opinion peace about the Putin-Trump meeting:

tl;dr
Their talk might not solve the Ukraine question they could reach a historic agreement on nuclear weapons in the following points:
1. reaffirm the 2022 January statement of the five permanent member of the UN Security Council that nuke wars should not be fought, ever
2. agree on not to exceed New START limits even after the treaty expires
3. affirm that neither country resumes explosive nuke testing
4. freeze so called "tactical" nukes, devices designed for battlefield use
5. restrict the intermediate-range nuclear missiles
Perhaps they could agree to restrict the number of weapons produced and some other stuff, like reducing miscommunication and misperception.
Personally I think they can (and probably will) discuss the question of Iran (and other aspiring states).

I guess this can be a likely topic, yeah.
