So the Trump Putin summit is right now basically, but I'm listening to this video:

Michel Rossi's "last minute" thought about what to expect. From 23 hours ago, so I'm quite late opening it.
Reading the list of participants. From Russian side:
- Prez Putin
- Foreign Minister Lavrov
- Defense Minister Belusov
- Finance Minister Siluanov
- Prez Foreign Policy Aide Ushakov
So generally the three department that runs various foreign policy decisions. Plus presidential level.
From US side:
- Prez Trump
- VP JDV
- Secretary of State Rubio ("foreign minister")
- Secretary of Treasury Bessent ("finance minister")
- Special Envoy Witlkoff
Suspiciously missing Secretery of Defense Hegseth ("defense minister"). So the US side doesn't have the third component traditionally tied to foreign relations. What could be the implications? Would think that if talks about nukes are on the table, then the Dept of Defense should be involved. So maybe they won't talk about nukes at all.
