What were the rules? i thought R1 was for spamming because those were the rules of the homepage but someone said the /tv/ thread rules were the actual rules so R1 would be sexualizing minors or whatever it was

and to add, it seems like all the formats easy supported are supported here or at least flac, webp, AV1 codec, etc. etc. etc.
