You should start by watching sv3riges videos on raw milk as they are the most malleable and easy to digest, then move on to Aajonus on his book 'The recipe to living without disease'
The recommendation for starting the raw diet is first only taking one raw product, it can be raw eggs milk etc. Always pick the highest quality products that you are sure come from healthy animals, however any raw product is better than anything.
