Not sure if you wanted to address me or the Board Owner of /lgbt/, but here's what I can tell.

He posted on other boards, like /b/, /polru/ and /rus/. On the latter he still has one thread up. He opened new ones but both board and global staff deleted them. I have to admit I went too far and deleted all his threads form b, although I told him he can have one there, the deletion was an accident I deleted several threads that day and his also fell victim of the cleanup.
From global moderation viewpoint until he doesn't make everything about this, it can have a place. /lgbt/ have to decide for itself if wants it or not and act accordingly.
