В общем где-то полгода назад Центр Т проводил открытую линию для вопросов инф безопасности. Вот я спросила про тг . Вопрос и ответ на скринах.

Лучше где нибудь в другом месте конфу делать, чем в тг.

Хуйня на самом деле, у меня скрыт номер телефона в тг, но при желании это всё равно пробивается (так одна тян узнала, что у меня акк не на российский номер зареган).
А так ответ в целом удовлетворительный - хочешь чатиться на запрещённые в РФ темы - лучше зарегай виртуальную симку. Желательно из страны, где для этого паспорт не требуется.
