Iraq bans LGBT people

В ЛИТВЕ ГОМОФОБСКИЙ ЗАКОН ПРИЗНАЛИ АНТИКОНСТИТУЦИОННЫМ

Положения закона, согласно которому информация о браках между ЛГБТ-людьми оказывает отрицательное воздействие на несовершеннолетних, Конституционный суд (КС) Литвы признал противоречащим Конституции.

В тексте Закона об охране несовершеннолетних от вредного воздействия публичной информации утверждается, что негативное влияние на несовершеннолетних оказывает информация, которая "унижает семейные ценности или пропагандирует иную, чем закреплена в Конституции и Гражданском кодексе Литовской Республики, концепцию заключения брака и создания семьи".

Конституционный суд постановил, что данное положение нарушает 25-ю статью Конституции, гарантирующую право каждого человека иметь убеждения и свободно их выражать, а также искать, получать и распространять информацию и идеи.

Данное положение также противоречит 38-й статье Конституции, где указано, что семья является основой общества и государства, а государство обязано охранять и защищать семью, материнство, отцовство и детство. КС подчеркнул, что, устанавливая ограничения на распространение информации для несовершеннолетних, нельзя игнорировать другие конституционные ценности.

По мнению суда, свобода искать и получать информацию, гарантированная Конституцией, включает обязанность предоставлять несовершеннолетним объективную и отражающую реальность информацию, которая помогает формировать мировоззрение, основанное на уважении к правам и достоинству человека.

ВАЙЛДБЕРИЗ ОШТРАФОВАЛИ ЗА ЛГБТ-ПРОПАГАНДУ, ПРИЧИСЛИВ К НЕЙ ГОМОФОБНУЮ КНИГУ

Суд Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа оштрафовал маркетплейс Wildberries на три миллиона рублей по протоколу о "пропаганде ЛГБТ" в интернете (часть 4 статьи 6.21 КоАП). Решение опубликовано на сайте суда.

Поводом для административного дела стали товары без маркировки "18+".

Товарами, для просмотра которых необходимо указать возраст, силовики сочли два фаллоимитатора, один из которых двусторонний, "страпон LoveToy Lesbian Series с поясом", постер с девушкой, а также две книги - "Жестокая любовь" Джерри Остера и "Откровенный разговор о гомосексуальности" Ричарда Коэна.

Последняя книга посвящена "обратной стороне толерантности". Ее автор утверждает, что был геем, однако "исправился" и "стал" гетеросексуалом.

МУСОРА ДОВЕЛИ ОРГАНИЗАТОРА ГЕЙ-ТУРОВ ДО СУИЦИДА

Тело 48-летнего директора туристической фирмы "Мен Тревел" Андрея Котова обнаружили в камере следственного изолятора "Водник". Обвиняемый в организации гей-туров мужчина покончил с собой, сообщает Telegram-канал Mash.

По его данным, директор турфирмы был фигурантом уголовных дел по статьям "Создание и распространение детской гей-порнографии" и "Организация деятельности экстремистской организации".

Мужчину задержали ночью в начале декабря и арестовали на два месяца.

2 декабря Головинский суд Москвы арестовал Котова до 28 января 2025 года. Его задержали в конце ноября. Следствие считает, что директор турфирмы якобы устраивал путешествия исключительно для мужчин с гомосексуальной ориентацией.

При этом мужчина отрицает свою вину, а защита Котова заявляла, что доказательств в деле нет и в информации о турах не было даже намека на ЛГБТ.

Более того, Котов утверждал, что его избили во время задержания. К нему в дом ночью вломились 15 силовиков, применили физическую силу и угрожали использовать электрошокер. Кроме того, они изучили личные фотографии мужчины пикантного содержания и смеялись над ними.

В 2024 году штрафы за «ЛГБТ-пропаганду» превысили 25 миллионов рублей

Полицейские направили в суды больше 130 дел. Поводом для преследования стали цветные волосы, «немужская» одежда, фильмы с однополой любовью, фото и лайки в соцсетях

Минимальный штраф за «пропаганду ЛГБТ» — 50 тысяч, максимальный — 2 млн

В 2024 году российские судьи рассмотрели минимум 131 дело“о пропаганде ЛГБТ«, посчитала «Вёрстка», скачав и проанализировав дела с сайтов районных судов и мировых судей. Протоколы были составлены по статьям 6.21 и 6.21.2 КоАП.

Среди тех, кто получил наказание, 71 гражданин России, других государств и 20 юридических лиц. В 13 протоколах судьи нашли недостатки, и вернули дела в полицию. Три дела были прекращено судьёй. Три штрафа отменили в апелляции.

Общая сумма штрафов, которую назначили судьи за «гей-пропаганду» в 2024 году — минимум 25 млн рублей (по 79 делам, по которым опубликованы решения и известно наказание).

Десятки китайских писателей были арестованы с июня в рамках продолжающейся кампании по борьбе с порнографическим контентом, согласно многочисленным новостным сообщениям и сообщениям в социальных сетях.

Более 50 писателей были задержаны в провинции Аньхой «специальной оперативной группой», которой было поручено преследовать онлайн-распространителей эротической литературы, сообщило Радио Свободная Азия на основе нескольких сообщений из газет в Гонконге, Сингапуре и Тавайне, а также сообщений в социальных сетях в онлайн-сообществах писателей от писателей и членов их семей.

Многие из писателей были арестованы после публикации на тайваньском сайте взрослой литературы Haitang Literature, который позволяет авторам зарабатывать деньги с помощью чаевых и подписок. Одним из самых популярных жанров на сайте является «данмэй» — романтические и сексуальные отношения между мужчинами. Десять из приговоренных публиковали гей-эротику.

Один из ведущих авторов на сайте, известный под псевдонимом Юань Шан Бай Юнь Цзянь, был приговорен к четырем с половиной годам тюремного заключения. Другой писатель под псевдонимом Ci Xi был приговорен к пяти с половиной годам, тогда как известный как Yi Xie был приговорен к одному году и пяти месяцам. Различия между приговорами основаны на том, смогли ли писатели вернуть заработанные деньги.

В Севастополе суд назначил местному жителю штраф 120 тысяч рублей за «пропаганду нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений». Информацию об этом разместили на официальной странице Управления МВД России по Севастополю.
«[Мужчина] в свободное от работы время не только интересовался нетрадиционными сексуальными отношениями, но и активно пропагандировал их в социальных сетях.
За «ЛГБТ-пропаганду» полицейские сочли публикации мужчины во «ВКонтакте». В них он репостил гей-паблики и писал, что «счастлив, что гей», «США – это родина ЛГБТ» и что «парни-геи – это класс».


В России запретили сайт магазина Shein из-за радужных браслетов
Центральный районный суд Тулы опубликовал постановление, согласно которому сайт онлайн-магазина Shein должен быть заблокирован на территории России. По мнению суда, сайт распространяет запрещённую информацию о «возможном приобретении различных товаров с атрибутикой ЛГБТ».
В постановлении отмечено, что на сайте можно ввести в поисковую строку «LGBT БРАСЛЕТ», после чего будет представлен ассортимент товаров, содержащих «атрибутику ЛГБТ». При этом любой посетитель сайта, в том числе несовершеннолетний, имеет возможность оформления заказа на покупку радужных браслетов.


Якутский клуб оштрафовали за шоу с транс-артистами
Якутский городской суд признал виновным ООО «Джинлун», владеющее ночным клубом-рестораном «Number One», в «организации массового пребывания граждан в общественном месте, повлекшем нарушение общественного порядка». Об этом сообщила пресс-служба судов Якутии.
Протокол на владельцев клуба составили из-за шоу, в рамках которого, по версии суда, было допущено «нахождение граждан в голом, оскорбляющем человеческое достоинство виде» и «пропаганда нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений». При этом владельцы «Number One» не согласились, что заведение занималось «ЛГБТ-пропагандой».

В Вологде силовики задержали 36-летнюю транс-персону по подозрению в призывах к осуществлению террористической деятельности (ч. 2 ст. 205.2 УК). Об этом сообщают SHOT и Postnews со ссылкой на источники.

По их данным, задержанная по имени Ольга вела переписку с представителями воюющего на стороне ВСУ легиона «Свобода России» и репостила их сообщения в свой телеграм-канал. В ходе обыска у нее изъяли все гаджеты и пистолет, похожий на травматический, утверждают журналисты.

Также издания пишут, что задержанной оказалась уроженка Таджикистана, у нее также нашли израильский паспорт на имя Андрея.

«Важные истории» выяснили, что речь идет об Ольге Пшеничниковой. Как отмечают журналисты, та открыто помогала силовикам в деле «Нового величия».

Приговоры по делу «Нового величия» были вынесены в 2020 году — восьмерых человек приговорили к срокам от 4,5 до семи лет лишения свободы. Молодых людей обвинили в создании экстремистского сообщества и участия в нем. Сами они утверждали, что создателем движения был сотрудник спецслужб, называвший себя Русланом Даниловым.

Как отмечают «Важные истории», Пшеничникова в беседе с «Коммерсантом» признавалась, что и сама состояла в чате «Нового величия», однако после того, как ее оттуда выгнали, она начала сотрудничать с силовиками.

Короче, транс-женщина Марси Рейнтген (пикрилейтед) разослала государственным чиновникам, работающим в Капитолии штата Флорида, письмо в котором заявила что намеревается прийти в Капитолий и сходить там в туалет. Написала дату и время, когда это произойдёт. И к письму приложила своё фото, что б они точно знали её в лицо и не перепутали с какой-нибудь другой случайной женщиной.

В назначенное время она подошла к туалету и увидела что там уже вызвали наряд мусоров, которые стоят у дверей.
Она зашла в туалет. Вымыла руки. И вышла. После чего мусора её повязали за нарушение закона о посещении туалетов.

Это называется "Гражданское неповиновение" - демонстративное и открытое нарушение закона, который считается несправедливым.

По данным издания, причиной смерти Серовой могла стать передозировка наркотиками. По словам источника «Вот так», перед смертью Серова озвучивала мысли о суициде, но ее знакомые считали, что она не решится на самоубийство.

ПРОКУРОР-ТРАНСФОБ ТРЕБУЕТ ПРИЗНАТЬ НЕЗАКОННОЙ ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ ГЕДЕРНОГО МАРКЕРА У ПОДСУДИМОЙ

Более четырёх назад трансгендерную началось разбирательство по делу транс-женщины создававшей порнографический контент (она работала на вебкаме).
Суд назначил ей 4 года условно! 
Но прокурор требует сделать срок реальным, более того, признать её смену пола незаконной и посадить именно в мужскую зону.

В исковом заявлении утверждается, будто медкомиссия Юлии прошла с нарушениями, поэтому необходимо признать незаконными и её, и всё, что произошло после медицинского заключения. Обоснование содержит абсурдные доводы и формулировки, например, «Операция по смене пола не проводилась»* и, особенно: «Заключенный брак следует признать недействительным, поскольку он заключен между мужчиной и лицом, не являющимся женщиной». Копия иска есть в распоряжении редакции.

По словам Эльвиры, этот иск является уникальным для российской судебной практики. В этом же деле прокурор намеренно хочет ухудшить положение Юлии, требуя её помещения в мужскую колонию в соответствии с «биологическим полом».

Кроме того, исковое заявление фактически требует разрушить жизнь Юлии, обрекая её на «пожизненное заключение» в мужском гендерном маркере. Ведь, даже если при пересмотре дела суд назначит реальное лишение свободы, она отсидит и выйдет через конкретный срок. Если же суд аннулирует документы, 23-летняя девушка должна будет вычеркнуть из жизни три года, включая замужество, и перечеркнуть оставшееся будущее.

Дело находится на контроле у областной прокуратуры, рассказывает юрист Эльвира:

В Башкирии происходит странное.
Трансуха с нулевым пассом бесстрашно ходит по частному сектору с огромным трансушьим значком (будто мишень на себя надела).

Если это фейк и постанова, то пошли они нахуй.

Но если это внатуре так, то "безумству храбрых поём мы песню". Надо быть во всю кукуху отбитой что б такое вытворять. Может у неё есть какой-то план?



Моё мнение о непассабельных трансухах колебалось в течении жизни.

В начале я сама себя считала непассабельной и фриковатой.
Потом, с течением жизни, оценивая то, как общество меня принимает, появилось дохуя уверенности в себе.
А уже получив уверенность в себе во мне включилось БЫДЛО. Отборное быдло, которое предъявляет другим людям за шмот и внешку. 
И это быдло начало говорить - хуле всякие всратыши выходят на улицу в тян-моде, если они нихуя не тащят? Нахуя они позорятся и нас позорят? Из за вас, кринжовых фриков про меня будут думать плохо!


Но с годами пришлось вылечить себя от быдланства.
С годами стало понятно, что праваки и ватники затравят и задушат меня не потому что где-то на другой части страны какая-то трансуха вела себя как-то не так или выглядела как-то не так.
ОНИ ОПРАВДАЮТ СВОИ ДЕЙСТВИЯ ЭТИМ!
НО НАСТОЯЩИЕ ПРИЧИНЫ БЫЛИ ДРУГИМИ!

Настоящие причины чисто политические и связаны с манипуляциями напуганным и радикализованным обществом. 
А попытка впарить мне чушь, что якобы, они это делают из за кринжовых трансов, это пиздёжь и пыль в глаза.

А какая-то т-тян из Башкирии, она вообще ни в чём не виновата. Вообще никого на свете не должно было ебать что она вышла в магазин за хлебом или куда там. Просто отъебитесь и всё!

Согласна с твоими идеями
Я вот про это и писала в основном треде вопросов, типа похуизм развить в себе. Заметь как быдло бомбит уже, прям ощущается его негодование, а она на чиле реаигурает, даже с юмором. 
А вот пасс не пасс это я считаю есть внутренее быдло, трансофобия. Хотя заебами по внешке страдают многие, если не все, на этом строится манипуляция, пропаганда и формируются психические проблемы. Если научиться спокойно воспринимать свой недостаточный пасс, не агрится на быдло (аки Иисус учил).
Хотя все таки в таких ебенях конечно не стоит так жить, там города маленькие, все друг друга знают.

Любят красивых, а некрасивых - не любят, вот и все.

Дело в гендерной некомформности!

Как бы обычный цис-мужчина или цис-женщина не были далеки от традиционных, общепринятых стандартов красоты, они никогда не подвергнутся публичному насилию и унижению за это несоответствие.

Максимум, что им грозит, это обсуждения от знакомых, мол:
-Это платье Людку толстит. Посмотри как некрасиво подчёркивает жир на боках.

Гендерно-некомформную персону же за такой страшный "грех" как несоответствие дресс-коду накажут по полной. Унижениями, буллингом в интернете и, в случае с Рашкой, даже денежными штрафами со стороны государства.

Ни один цисгендер не будет так наказан просто за несоответствие журнальным и поп-культурным стандартам внешности!

Внешка является показателем поехавшести. Шизоиды (имею ввиду весь спектр этого расстройства) имеют такое свойство как одеваться в ебанутую одежду, она некрасива, уродлива, не совпадает с тем что принято носить людям культуры где проживает человек. 

Если пообщаться с таким персонажем с очень высокой вероятностью ты поймешь что это поехавший не способный трезво воспринимать реальность. К сожалению почему-то в транс сообществе много людей с психическими проблемами, на тот же двач конфу зайти читаешь и понимаешь что за пиздец у людей в голове.

Если этот человек не шиз то и будет выглядеть так что не вызывает внимания. На том видео чел одел/а анимешные шорты, колготки и фиолетовый парик, это смотрится нелепо и всрато. И вот тут психически здоровый человек посмотрев на себя в зеркало сразу поймет что это так. Она оденеться в соответствии со своим пассом, так чтобы смотрелось красиво и не бросалось в глаза.

Недавно в США приняли закон запрещающий вывешивать на государственных зданиях любые флаги, кроме государственных и флагов штата.
Не все с этим согласны, зато все понимают против каких именно флагов был принят этот закон.

По этому мэрия Солт Лейк Сити просто слила вместе два флага - ЛГБТ и флаг Солт Лейк Сити с цветоком. И заявили что это теперь новый флаг города.

Сегодня я уже ни в чём не уверена.
