Anyone know how to get sikkmod working in Linux? I can't figure out how to compile the source. It's provided with the sikkmod download but there are no instructions and it's just a bunch of .h and .cpp files, I assume to be compiled with visual studio. I read people saying they compiled it and it was easy but without details.
