Not that much. 2-3 times a week.
Games are still lacking in both quantity and quality, it is more tiring than normal gaming, needs a bit of setup every session, controllers only last a few hours, etc. You don't need that much space for standing though. If you can stretch your arms without bumping into things, it should be enough. But mostly, I don't have that much time in general. It's still in its early days, but it's cool to experience it.
