It does come down to what provided the value, the people and culture associated, or the board itself? I think it's more to do with the former. Not everyone thought the same, but we still keep in touch through here. However, I do think that it's a bit of a shame that we've pretty much killed all discoverability about ourselves.

It's also not the first imageboard we had to go through either, so I don't think changing the medium we communicate from is too much different from that.
