Either way they didn't want to sell anything so far and >50% stake might as well be 100% since the ones holding that stake make the decisions pretty much.
I do think it makes him look like a retard though, especially since it seems like he doesn't have any deal in place and is just doing it because? At best for some added popularity. I don't think he can legitimately overturn a law that went through congress with an executive order.
