Real talk, when it comes to AAA's I genuinely am not waiting for anything. Well I am waiting but not to play them but to make fun of them, like TES6 or VtmB2, which are probably going to be dogwater.
But I am looking forward to indie games taking the place of AAA's in my playtime, I've found that when you actually look there's plenty of games that cater to your specific niche tastes and you can just have fun instead of playing the newest slop (even if I don't pay for shit) (I would download a car).
