I am already recovered except for the fact that I still cannot get food down at any impressive capacity
 Ate 3 tacos a few days ago (as we were watching GeoWizard) and I just couldn't process it. It was stuck in my stomach and still felt non-metabolised by the morning 10 hours later I had to puke it up to get rid of it
Today, though, I managed to eat 3 small slices of oven pizza. Might attempt to eat a few more during the movie
