I know it's probably a literal setup for "AHAHAHA NOT REAL MAN" but I've had regular sleep paralysis, I think I even mentioned it before.
It's more of a factor of where and how you sleep, if you sleep like a normal human being on the bed and are not under excessive amounts of stress you shouldn't be experiencing it too often.
