They've accepted my degree and college level results without proof, but they're demanding to see high school level qualifications from nearly 10 years ago. I don't fucking know where they are, so I sent them a picture I took of them from 5 years ago, which clearly shows all the results, but since the full certificate isnt visible (all the text is, they just cant see the bottom half which is empty) they're not accepting it.

I am seething. I'll have to try and find them, but failing that I'll have no choice but to pay an absurd amount of money to get new certificates printed and shipped to me.
