It will go away, most probably within next 36 hours. It's a bit longer for somebody that has been working out for a first time in a while, for me it's about 48h till I feel fresh enough when doing upper body, and about 72h when doing legs.

Why though? I don't think it's a problem, not one of us will try to abuse this feature unless it's for a gimmick.
