Well, in general I think rule 2 is about unwanted communication from /ttg/ towards tokkers. I wouldn't personally ban anyone that knew a tokfu before they started getting posted or they didn't know /ttg/ existed when they were/started contact*

Anyway it's just a hypothetical because none of us have had that happen to us (except for Googling Gary)
Tbh the rules are there as a reminder more than anything at this point, I don't believe any nekos would want to be malicious enough to try and circumvent them. Nekos should be kind spirited :D
