It is pretty simple, depends on the admin. If you let the rules go unenforced (or only partially enforced) and don't nuke the people trying to shit up the threads you get the cave, otherwise it should be fine.
Otherwise only a coordinated op from very persistent schizo(s) can be actually damaging.
