Tbh it's not all that and a bag of chips, it's less expensive than any other accommodation in the city but it's also pretty meh, since you pretty much have to share rooms with random people unless you already know someone and ask for a placement with them beforehand.
It is the best option when it comes to location/price though, since if you wanted to rent in a place near uni you would pay probably like 3x as much.

Yea it's also 1st year preferred too, and also erasmus students get automatic accommodation, but it's not that hard to get it, or at least it wasn't
