yeah that car ended up having an electrical short when I went to swap some brake lights and the mechanics quoted €7000 for the fix because they said it was some fuel pump hose + other bullshit (I did not believe it but didnt wanna pay to find out because the car was as old as I was)
My dad ended up calling his mechanic friend and said he could have the (potential wreck) car for parts if he paid the diagnostic fee to release it from the shop and then he took it, changed the battery and it worked again
Oh well. My parents wanted to give me one of the cars they had a few months ago but I said no because I don't want to pay for that shizz
