I wouldn't be lacking really since I still live with my rents but they're getting very annoyed with me being a loser so at least working and contributing is making them content.
Also it's not that hard of a job. If it wasn't led by incompetent retards I would have normal hours so 16h gives you at least one additional "day off".

Working sucks but being a neet sucks too unless you've got iron will and are able to portion your time and stick to a schedule very well.
