If it doesn't ruin you on public opinion court, I don't think AI can get through court.
You can literally just ask for the official expert opinion and I bet AI has the easiest sound spectrograph to analyze and detect. It might cost you maybe but it will get you off the hook easily.
BUT that's assuming it will get to the court of law, which it might not since you can get expelled just based on the opinion of the uni council (in US at least), dunno how well would that work in my country, probably not at all.
Also would you want to go back to the university that expelled you on spurious accusations? A genuine question one might want to ponder in that case.
