if we, for the sake of the argument, assume that they have a rationally backed reasoning being honking, what would that be? what are they trying to achieve with their honking? get the person in front of them to move? to call something to the attention of another driver? why the fuck are they just laying on their horn 24/7? Do they just want to be a part of the group and participate in the cacophony?
